Dr. Lisle Smart is a distinguished expert in college admissions. She brings over a decade plus of leadership and strategic vision to her work. Holding a doctorate from Vanderbilt University, her career has been dedicated to designing and scaling college access programs that dramatically improve student outcomes for high-achieving students.

Lisle has a proven track record of success, most notably as a Senior Manager for a major school district. In this role, she was instrumental in the redesign of a selective college advising program that led to a remarkable increase in matriculation rates, from 47% to 70%. Her expertise lies in creating advising frameworks and strategic plans that ensure students stand out in a competitive landscape. Through her guidance, her students have gained admission to a diverse range of prestigious institutions, including Dartmouth, Stanford, and the University of Pennsylvania. Her students have also found success at many top liberal arts colleges, such as Wellesley College, Bowdoin College, Washington and Lee University, and Smith College. Additionally, they have been accepted to leading public universities like the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, UCLA, and UT Austin, as well as renowned private universities, including Rice, Wake Forest, Boston College, and her alma mater, Vanderbilt University.
