How to clear cache

Sometimes repeated errors can be due to caching:
  • The site/page may have been updated since your last visit
  • The site's web developer may still be working on the page
To get the latest page first try reloading the page while holding down the "Shift" key.

Internet Explorer

From your browser's tool bar select TOOLS then INTERNET OPTIONS

  • Clear cache by clicking the button as indicated below
  • Ensure that "Every visit to the page" is selected

  • Then click OK
Netscape
  • From your browser's tool bar select EDIT then PREFERENCES
  • Then expand the ADVANCED option and select CACHE
  • Clear cache by clicking the two buttons as indicated below
  • Ensure that "When the page is out of date" is selected

  • Then click OK
